DMAN shareholders

The academy was founded in 1989 by the federal state of Lower Saxony and representatives of the local business community. Most of the founding shareholders are still with us today.

Through its shareholders, DMAN is firmly anchored both in the state of Lower Saxony, its largest shareholder holding just above 50 percent, and in the regional economy.

Most of the twelve shareholders are represented in the Supervisory Board where they regularly discuss the current situation and planned development of the academy with the DMAN management.

As a non-profit limited liability company, DMAN does not pay dividends on its shareholders' contributions.
