DMAN was founded with the mission to support and promote Lower Saxony's foreign trade relations.

The academy's qualification programmes for specialists and managers help to establish business contacts between German companies and seminar participants from Central and Eastern Europe, Asia and the Middle East, for example during information visits to companies in Lower Saxony, which are a regular component of the DMAN programmes.
