BMWK Manager Training Programme

DMAN is actively involved in the implementation of the Manager Training Programme (MP) which theFederal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Climate Action (BMWK) initiated to support the qualification  of managers from Asia, Eastern Europe, North Africa and Latin America. General management of the programme is assumed by the Deutsche Gesellschaft für Internationale Zusammenarbeit GmbH (GIZ). The training programme was established in 1997 as a bilateral programme. At the moment, 19 partner countries are participating.

From the very beginning, the academy has successfully participated in the implementation of these training programmes. Under the motto "Fit for Partnership with Germany", DMAN has so far qualified over 1,200 managers in seminars in Celle and through visits at German companies. The participants work for companies in Azerbaijan, Belarus, China, India, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Mexico, Moldova, Mongolia, Russia, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Vietnam.

During their four-week stay in Germany, the groups of around 20 foreign managers make contact with German companies, predominantly with small and medium-sized businesses. The programme offers all participating companies access to the respective market.
